1. Who we are

2. Orders

A binding agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard products. Personalised and custom-engraved items are exempt. See our Returns policy for details.

6. Engraving and personalisation

You are responsible for making sure that the engraving text you enter is correct. We engrave exactly what you write. We reserve the right to decline engraving that is offensive or that infringes the rights of others; in that case we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Small variations in colour and finish may occur, especially in natural stone beads. Our braided bands are made of vegan leather (PU).

8. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about faulty goods in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen). Contact us at info@storybyde.com.

9. Personal data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

If you're not satisfied, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
