How long does delivery take?
Your bracelet is engraved to order and delivered within 2–5 days.
Will the engraving fade?
No. Every bracelet is laser-engraved, so the text won't rub off, fade or wash away.
Which size should I choose?
No need to measure. All our bracelets come in one size – 20 cm with a comfortable stretch – made to fit most wrists.
Can I return my bracelet?
Yes – you can cancel and return our ready-designed bracelets, such as our code bracelets and Pure Story, within 14 days of receiving them. Bracelets engraved with your own text, such as Your Code, can only be returned if they are faulty or we've made an error. Please double-check your engraving before ordering.
